Recommended bathing methods before bedtime

• Taking a bath 1.5 to 2 hours before going to bed is recommended.

[Regarding leftover bathwater]

• The leftover bathwater can be used for laundry, but rinsing and soaking should be done with fresh water. However, do not use it for the following types of clothing, as it may cause discoloration.
